3 on 3 Competition
On behalf of the Woodend Hawks, Gisborne Bulldogs and Riddell’s Creek Basketball, we would like to thank all the players who were involved in our recent 3 on 3 competition. The aim of the comp was to provide a fun, festival like feeling for our players to enjoy the fast and furious format of 3 on 3 basketball! Congratulations to the winners and runners up over both days.

Big Hopz Sponsors
Local Hesket family Patrick and Fiona Veitch are really into basketball--socks in particular--in a major way. So much so that they’ve undertaken years of research and experimentation to create their own basketball sock brand, Big Hopz.
Big Hopz is sponsoring the MRBA through 31 Dec 2016 by making a generous donation to the Association for every pair of socks purchased through the BigHopz website. Enter the discount code #hawks at checkout to tag your purchase for MRBA, and to get free delivery to Buffalo stadium.
The socks are excellent and designed right here in Australia. Plus they’re available in a range of colours that complement the NBA teams as well as in Woodend Hawks’ blue and gold. The MRBA uses the sponsorship proceeds toward continued training of our coaches and referees to better serve our young basketball players.
